Dan Harkham’s proposed hotel on South Robertson Boulevard is expected to go to the South Robertson Neighborhood Council (SORO) for a vote next week. The vote is merely advisory, but may be a good indication of the prospects for the proposed hotel.
As this website has reported, Harkham has filed paperwork to develop a new hotel on land that currently houses a number of businesses and residents.
On Thursday March 12, the Executive Committee will be meeting at Fu’s Palace to discuss the agenda for the upcoming March 19 General Board meeting. Harkham’s proposed hotel is scheduled to be discussed.
